412 years ago, Isla de Lobos was the place where the first cattle landed in Uruguay.

A hidden paradise of 1,250 hectares, surrounded by impressive rivers on the tranquil west coast of Uruguay, with a combination of abundant nature.

Triangular in shape, with unique coastal features.

To the west, along the Uruguay River, there is a low strip with surprising biodiversity, protected as a natural wetland reserve. The Argentine coast offers spectacular sunsets and occasionally cigar-shaped clouds that announce the Pampero wind.

On the northeast coast, along the Yaguarí River, we find a narrow but deep channel with a higher and fertile coastline. Finally, on the southeast coast, near the Boca Falsa of the Río Negro and its delta, there stretches a long beach of white sand, surrounded by native forest and bathed by wide, calm, and shallow waters, teeming with fish.

Isla de Lobos is located approximately 4 hours from the elegant Buenos Aires and about 3.5 hours from Montevideo by both land and water routes.

The nearest cities are Dolores and Mercedes, at 25 and 40 kilometers away, respectively. The closest town is the historic Villa Soriano, situated on the banks of the Río Negro, about 3 kilometers away by water.

There will be no limits to exploring the landscape of Isla de Lobos.

Different units with different features and sizes will be developed, available in different stages, one exclusively for each Voyager or approved visitor.

The reserve will expand and connect the entire property as a biological park. Establishing an eco Hotel Resort & Spa, a marina, a private airport, a heliport, commercial and sports areas, restaurants, and 60 tourist bungalows, all fully self-sustainable.

We firmly believe that our experimental center of tomorrow has the potential to shape the future of urban living for generations to come.

We do not claim to know all the answers.

In fact, we strongly rely on industry cooperation to contribute the most innovative ideas during the planning and creation of the L.O.B.O.S. (Location Organized Based on Sustainability) protocol.
